LoanAuto Market sells bank repossessed vehicles. These vehicles are typically sold in their current condition, and purchase decisions should be made carefully. This Returns and Refunds policy explains when returns may be accepted, how refunds are handled, and what to expect if an order is canceled.
Vehicle Sales Are Final
Vehicle purchases are generally final once payment is completed and paperwork is signed. Bank repo vehicles often come from recovery channels, and availability can change quickly. For this reason, LoanAuto Market does not offer routine returns or “test period” refunds after delivery.
Sold As Is Condition
Most vehicles are offered as is, based on the details provided in the listing and any documentation shared during the sale process. Normal wear, cosmetic issues, prior repairs, missing accessories, or mechanical concerns may exist. Buyers are encouraged to review all details and ask questions before purchase.
When a Refund May Apply
Refunds may be considered only under limited circumstances, subject to verification and written confirmation from LoanAuto Market.
Possible examples include
Failure to deliver the purchased vehicle due to seller side issues
Duplicate payment or confirmed billing error
Cancellation accepted before paperwork completion and before carrier dispatch
Material listing error confirmed by our team, such as an incorrect year, make, model, or VIN information shown on the listing
Refund eligibility depends on timing, documentation status, and whether third party services have already been arranged.
Deposits and Holding Fees
If a deposit, reserve payment, or holding fee is collected to secure a vehicle, it may be nonrefundable. In some cases, a deposit may be applied toward the final purchase price. The status of a deposit will be confirmed in writing at the time it is requested.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Approval is not guaranteed.
Cancellations Before Shipping Is Scheduled
If a cancellation is approved before shipping is scheduled and before required documents are completed, a refund may be issued minus payment processing fees or administrative costs where applicable.
Cancellations After Shipping Dispatch
If a carrier has been dispatched, cancellation may trigger carrier cancellation charges, storage fees, or redelivery fees. These costs may be deducted from any approved refund.
Shipping Costs Are Not Refundable
Shipping and transport charges are separate services provided by third party carriers. Once shipping is arranged, shipping fees are usually nonrefundable, even when a cancellation is approved. If shipping has not yet been scheduled, a shipping refund may be possible, depending on carrier terms.
Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing time varies by payment provider.
Typical timing
Refund approval review: 1 to 5 business days
Refund processing after approval: 3 to 10 business days
Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the credit.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact LoanAuto Market support before filing a chargeback. Many issues can be resolved faster through direct communication. Filing a chargeback may delay resolution and can pause support actions while the dispute is reviewed.
Delivery Refusals
Refusing delivery does not automatically create a return or refund. If delivery is refused, the vehicle may be returned to a terminal or holding location, and the buyer may be responsible for transport charges, storage fees, and any costs required to relist or reprocess the vehicle.
