Inventory consists of bank repossessed vehicles and related repossession channel vehicles. Listings can change without notice due to lender decisions, prior sales, or administrative updates.
We aim to provide accurate details, but errors can occur. Listing information may include year, make, model, mileage, trim, features, color, options, condition notes, photos, and VIN related details. You are responsible for confirming key information before purchase.
Condition and As Is Sales
Vehicles are generally sold as is and as available. Mechanical condition, cosmetic wear, missing keys, missing accessories, prior repairs, or undisclosed issues may exist. No promise is made that a vehicle is free from defects unless stated in writing in a signed agreement.
Pricing, Fees, and Taxes
Vehicle prices may exclude shipping, registration, title, documentation fees, taxes, and local government charges. You are responsible for all taxes and fees required by your state, county, or city.
Prices can change without notice until payment is accepted. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the transaction and issue a refund for amounts paid for the vehicle, subject to payment processor rules and confirmed costs already incurred.
Payments and Deposits
Payment methods accepted are shown during checkout or provided by our team during the purchase process. Deposits or holding fees may be required to reserve a vehicle and may be nonrefundable. Payment is not considered complete until cleared and confirmed.
LoanAuto Market may cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, if fraud is suspected, or if required documents are not provided on time.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping may be arranged through third party carriers. Delivery timelines are estimates and can change due to routing, weather, road conditions, or carrier availability. Risk of loss and delivery responsibilities follow the carrier terms and the delivery paperwork you sign.
Buyers must be available for delivery and must inspect the vehicle at delivery before signing. Any visible delivery related damage should be noted on the carrier paperwork and documented with photos.
Returns and Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in limited situations such as verified billing errors, duplicate payments, nondelivery due to seller side issues, or a confirmed material listing error. Shipping charges, dispatch fees, and carrier related costs may be nonrefundable.
Title, Registration, and Compliance
Buyers are responsible for registering the vehicle, obtaining insurance, passing emissions or safety inspections, and meeting all state requirements. Title processing timelines can vary by state and by lender release timing.
Communications and Consent
By submitting your phone number or email, you consent to receive communications related to your inquiry, transaction, shipping coordination, and customer support. Message and data rates may apply if text messaging is used. You may request removal from promotional messaging, but transactional communications may still be required to complete a purchase.
Warranty Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoanAuto Market disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement, unless a written warranty is explicitly provided and signed.
Limitation of Liability
LoanAuto Market is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost time, or loss of use. Our total liability for any claim related to a transaction will not exceed the amount paid to LoanAuto Market for the vehicle, excluding third party costs, unless otherwise required by law.

Intellectual Property
